Returns & Exchanges

At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We offer a streamlined process to ensure your refund or exchange is handled with the same quality and care as our shoes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Rieker box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
